The TOTALFLEX ink filling machine is engineered and developed for professional ink cartridge refilling. This machine refills all BLACK, COLOR and TRI-COLOR ink cartridges with print-heads.
The technology inside this little machine is incredible. It includes:
- 2 Chip Processors
- 4 Independent Pumps
- 6 Refill Buttons (each will fill a specific cartridge with the exact amount of ink)
- 9 Refilling Programs with independent color control
- Electronic Vacuum
- Self-Cleaning System (ACD or Automatic Cartridge Drainer)
With the use of 4 independent peristaltic pumps and pre-programmed settings (at a touch of a button) that will inject the correct amount of ink for any specific cartridge model, this machine will fill more than 40 types of ink cartridges (essentially all the print-head cartridges) in under 5 minutes, and with exact volume filling precision.
The revolutionary A.C.D (Automatic Cartridge Drainer) device suctions on the print-heads while inks are being injected into the cartridge, and this increases the success rate of the cartridge drastically as compared to other refill machines. The A.C.D. also permits cartridge emptying and ink balancing routines, as well as a self-cleaning function that automatically clears the machine's hoses after its use.

Developed for professional use, this machine refills BLACK, COLOR and TRI-COLOR ink cartridges. It has 4 independent peristaltic pumps with individual control and 6 different programs that allow you to inject the right amount of ink for all cartridge models.
