Some of our parcels qualify for insurance if they are lost in transit and tracking does not prove that they were delivered. The insurance claim process requires:

1) An affidavit from the customer verifying in writing that they have not received the product (subject to being verified by the insurance company), and
2) A timely filing of a claim as follows:
  • Domestic claims must be submitted 21 days after the original ship date to be accepted.
  • International claims must be submitted 45 days after the original ship date to be accepted.

Both domestic and international claims must be submitted within 90 days from the date they shipped in order to be accepted. Anything past 90 days is not accepted for claims.
