1. Press the Home key on the right of the screen.
2. Press the Fax key on the screen.
3. With a piece of tape, mark where the “#” key is (or just “hover” your finger over it).
4. Press the Home key again.
5. Open the front door where the toner is.
6. Press and hold down the spot where the former “#” key was for about 8 seconds. The screen will now change.
7. Select the TNR-HC key on the screen.
8. The screen will change to Reset.
9. Press Yes.
10.Close the front door.
11.The machine should now recognize the new toner.
