Some HP 564xl inkjet cartridge customers complain of the following 2 issues:
  1. HP 564xl black is "too big" to fit, and/or
  2. HP 564xl is not being recognized (all colors)
Uni-Kit cartridges are remanufactured, so they are actually OEM cartridges that are remanufactured.  So how does this explain the above 2 issues?

Well, HP discontinued their old HP 564xl and replaced with a new version.  For black cartridge, CB321wn was old version, and CN684wn is new version.  Both are called "564xl", but old version had old version chip, and was also THICKER cartridge than new version.  For the color cartridges, the size is the same between old and new version, but the new version has new chips.

The old version HP 564xl cartridges will not work in the following printer models:
HP PhotoSmart 5510/5511/5512/5514/5515/6510/6512/6515/7510/7515 and Deskjet 3070a

(for these models, the new version is needed)

For the "new version" the Uni-Kit item codes end in "NU", example: 151-365-01BLACKNU is the code for the new version 564xl black, whereas 151-365-01BLACK is the code for the old version 564xl black.
